Due to the nature of our products being made to order and/or custom, I am unable to offer refunds and all sales are final.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will resolve the issue by either repairing or replacing the item.
- Errors in Customization: If there is an error in the customization of your order due to my mistake, I will rectify the issue by either repairing or replacing the item at no additional cost.
